Individual Counselling
Is life feeling tough right now? Are you feeling so overwhelmed that you don't know which way to turn? We can help you make sense of it all. No matter what the problem is, we can help you explore and understand your difficulties.
We offer one-to-one sessions for clients who are feeling symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression or low self-esteem.
If you are experiencing troubling thoughts or feeling out of control of your emotions, then talking to one of or counsellors will be of great benefit. It could be that you are struggling with a difficult decision, trying to get over an ex-partner or have lost someone you love. You will feel so much better for talking to someone outside of the situation, who understands what you are going through.
Our counsellors are experienced both professionally and in life in general! Our one-to-one sessions are in a relaxed setting and are entirely private and confidential. Only you and your counsellor will know what your issues are.
Our areas of speciality include stress, anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, work or study issues, family issues, trauma, intrusive thoughts, self-harm, eating disorders, gender/sexuality issues, commitment/attachment issues, anger management, suicidal feelings, sex-related issues or alcohol addiction.
We understand that some problems can be urgent, and you just have to speak to someone right away. We will get you an appointment as soon as possible if you need us.

Relationship & Couples Therapy
Living in a relationship that just doesn't feel right? Feeling misunderstood or ignored? We work with couples, giving them new strategies and skills to enable them to create growth and improved intimacy in their life together. Learn how to meet each other's needs and why this is so important.
Relationships are a meaningful part of our lives and bring us a great deal of happiness and fulfilment. However fulfilling, supportive relationships don’t come automatically. They take a great deal of time and effort to stay strong and go the distance. Sometimes meaningful connections break down, which can leave people feeling lonely, disappointed and unsure of what to do. In some cases, our relationships may not be fulfilling our expectations, which can impact our happiness and life satisfaction. On the other hand, some people may crave close friendships and/or romantic relationships but find them very difficult to come by.
Whatever the relationship issues, we will help you in the form of relationship counselling. In this setting our counsellors will work with you as a couple or individuals to explore your needs and what you want from your relationship, while offering support and advice to help you get back on track.
